2 bags (13 oz. each) Cheese Tortellini
(We used Frozen Bertolli Cheese Lovers Tortellini.)

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 cup onions, chopped

1 1/4 pounds of 93% lean ground beef

1 pound 93% lean Italian seasoned ground turkey
(We used Jenni-O 93% lean Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey.)

4 tsp. garlic, minced

2 tsp. Italian seasoning

1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce
(We used Classico Four Cheese Pasta Sauce.)

1 cup fat free mozzarella, shredded

1 cup lowfat mozzarella, shredded

1 serving (about 17 slices) of turkey pepperoni slices
(We used Hormel 70% Less Fat Turkey Pepperoni.)


This one-pan dish combines cheesy tortellini, savory meats, rich pasta sauce, and melty mozzarella, all topped with turkey pepperoni for a deliciously easy meal that hits all the right notes. 1. Cook the tortellini according to the package directions. Depending on the type, you’ll either boil them in water or reheat them in the microwave. Once done, drain (if needed) and set aside.
