Ingredients


7.25 oz. multigrain elbow pasta
(We used 1/2 a 14.5 oz. box of Barilla Plus Elbows.)

5 Tbsp fat free mayonnaise
(We used fat free Miracle Whip.)

4 tsp. spicy brown mustard

1 Tbsp. dried dill

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1.5 cans (5.5 oz. each can) low sodium chunk white tuna
(We used StarKist Very Low Sodium Chunk White Albacore Tuna.)

1/2 cup onion, diced

1/2 cup celery, diced

1/2 cup green pepper, diced

1 (15 oz.) can of no salt added sweet peas


1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box. When it's finished, drain and put in a mixing bowl.

2. Stir in the mayonnaise, mustard, dill and lemon juice until the pasta is thoroughly coated.

3. Drain, break up the tuna and stir it in with the pasta. Then mix in the remaining ingredients.

4. Cover the pasta and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Yield: 4 Servings - Approximately 2 Cups Per Serving
