Ingredients
1/4 cup lowfat (1% fat) buttermilk
2 Tbsp. fresh tarragon, diced
3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. canola oil
1/2 tsp. splenda
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper, ground
1 pound cherry tomatoes, halved
2 Tbsp. fresh chives, minced1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT tomatoes and chives in a small bowl. Whisk together, cover and refrigerate until you're ready to serve.
