Ingredients


1 package (3 oz.) ramen noodles

1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed and meat shredded

1 package (16 oz.) coleslaw mix

6 green onions, finely chopped

1 cup reduced fat Asian toasted sesame salad dressing


A reader sent us this recipe which originally appeared in tasteofhome.com. It's incredibly easy, just toss all the ingredients together and the meal is ready. It's a great way to elevate a rotisserie chicken you pick up at the supermarket. Tangy and tasty.

1. Open the noodles but throw away the flavor packet. Put the noodles in a plastic bag and smash them into small pieces. Pour the broken noodles into a large mixing bowl.

2. Remove the skin from the rotisserie chicken and discard. Take the meat off the bone and shred the meat. Put the shredded meat in the mixing bowl.

3. Add the coleslaw mix and green onions. Thoroughly combine.

4. Drizzle the salad dressing over the top and toss to combine.

Yield: 6 Servings
