Ingredients

2 Tbsp. minced red onion

6 Tbsp. fat-free sour cream

2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

4 tsp. salt-free butter

8 slices SALT FREE multi-grain bread. (We used Alvarado Street Bakery no salt Sprouted Multi-grain found in the organic foods section of the supermarket.)

12 slices (6 oz.) honey roasted smoked turkey breast (We used Butterball.)

4 (1/2 inch thick) slices of tomato

4 slices reduced fat swiss cheese - .75 oz. per slice
(We used Sargento Deli Style Reduced Fat swiss.)

1. Combine red onion, sour cream and mustard in a bowl. Spread 1 tsp. butter on one side of each bread slice. (You can also spray non-fat butter on each slice to save fat and calories.)

2. Spread 1 Tbsp. mustard mixture over unbuttered side of each of the 8 bread slices.

3. On 4 of the bread slices, top with 3 turkey slices, 1.5 tomatoe slices and 1 swiss cheese slice. Top with remaining 4 bread slices (buttered side up).

4. Heat a large nonstick pan over medium heat until hot. Add the sandwiches, cover and cook for 1.5 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
