Ingredients


2 tsp. safflower oil

2 cups chopped onion

1 lb. 93% lean ground beef

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 large egg white, lightly beaten

3 hamburger buns, split and toasted
(We used Pepperidge Farm Farmhouse Sandwich Rolls.)

3 Tbsp. Kraft Free Blue Cheese Salad Dressing


1. Heat oil in a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and sauté 10 minutes or until tender. Spoon onion in a bowl and let cool.

2. Add beef, pepper, and egg white to onion and mix well. Divide beef mixture into 3 equal portions, shaping into 3/4 inch-thick-patties.

3. If you have a George Foreman Grill, heat grill and cook patties on grill. If you do not, cook patties in the same skillet that the onions were heated in without wiping out the oil.

4. Place patties on bottom half of rolls and top each top portion of bun with 1 tablespoon blue-cheese dressing.

Yield: 3 Servings
