Ingredients
4 slices of whole grain, whole wheat bread
(We used Sara Lee Heart Healthy Whole Wheat Bread.)
3 Tbsp. peanut butter
(We used Naturally More Peanut Butter.)
2 Tbsp. sugar free jelly
(We used Smuckers Sugar Free Seedless Blackberry.)
(If you want it a little sweeter, sprinkle a packet of Splenda or other artificial sweetener over the top of the jelly.)
1. Toast the bread. Split the peanut butter in half and spread each half on the two bottom slices of bread. Then do the same with the jelly.
2. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
