Ingredients


2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread

2 Tbsp. pumpkin puree

1 Tbsp. peanut butter
(We used Smart Balance peanut butter.)

1/4 tsp. pumpkin spice

2 tsp. sugar free maple syrup

Have a little pumpkin leftover when cooking holiday meals? Mix it together with peanut butter for a tasty and filling lunch sandwich. 

1. Toast the bread.

2. Mix together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl with a fork. Then spread them on the bread and enjoy.
