Make your tuna fish more interesting with this patty recipe. Top them with marinara or mustard sauce for a little more kick.
1. Drain the tuna. Then put all the ingredients (except buttery cooking spray) into a medium-sized bowl and mix together.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, lightly coat with buttery cooking spray.
3. Scoop up 1/3 of a cup of tuna. Place it in the pan and use a fork or spatula to form a patty. Repeat two more times until you have three patties.
4. Cook for approximately three minutes on one side. Then flip and cook for an additional three minutes on the reverse side. Once they're browned on both sides, they're done.
5. Serve and top with marinara or mustard sauce if you like. You can freeze the leftovers for easy reheating later.
