Ingredients


1 Keto hamburger bun
(We used Arnold Keto Hamburger Buns.)

1 vegetarian chicken patty
(We used MorningStar Farms Original Chik Patties.)

1 Tbsp. fat free mayonnaise

4 pickled dill sandwich slices

1 slice of cheese
(We used a slice of Pepper Jack Cheese.)


This is a quick and tasty lunch sandwich. We use Morningstar Farms Original Chik Patties (vegetarian fake chicken). We've included the nutritional info with and without cheese if you want to leave it off or use something different.

1. Put the hamburger buns in a toaster and toast until light brown.

2. Put the frozen patty in the microwave and heat for 65 seconds on high.

3. Spread half the mayonnaise on the top bun and half on the lower bun.

WITH CHEESE

4. Put the cheese slice on the patty and heat it for 15-20 seconds until melted. Then, place the pickle slices on the melted cheese, put the bun top on, and serve.

WITHOUT CHEESE

4. Put the patty and the pickles on the bun. Put the bun top on and serve.

Yield: 1 Serving
