1 everything bagel, sliced in half
(We used Dave's Killer Bread Epic Everything Bagels.)

2 Tbsp. (1 oz.) 1/3 less fat cream cheese

1/4 tsp. lime juice

1/4 tsp. balsamic vinaigrette

1/8 tsp. black pepper


Approx. 12 radish slices (1 large radish), thinly sliced

1/3 cup arugula


This vegetable-packed sandwich is perfect for lunch. Thinly sliced radishes add a crisp, peppery contrast, layered under juicy slices of tomato that bring a fresh, summery taste.

1. Cut the bagel in half and toast it.
