Ingredients


8 ounces (1 cup) fat free cottage cheese

2 whole large eggs

2 tsp. of flaxseeds

1/4 tsp. onion powder

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. Italian seasoning
(Mediterranean Blend)

2 tsp. everything bagel seasoning
(We used McCormick Everything Bagel with Sesame Seed, Onion, Garlic Salt and Poppy Seed.)

I was initially skeptical, but after a few tries, I was blown away by how tasty it was. It’s perfect for all kinds of sandwiches and wraps.

3. Place a piece of parchment paper on a 17x11 inch pan and spray with avocado oil.
