Ingredients
1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener or Splenda
3 packets (individual serving) orange drink mix
(We used Crystal Light packets.)
1 packet (individual serving) lemonade drink mix
(We used Crystal Light Packets.)

1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp. cloves, ground
1/4 tsp. nutmeg, ground
1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder
(We used RYSE Jet-Puffed Loaded Protein Marshmallow Flavor.)

OPTIONAL
8 tsp. sugar free honey
(We Used Honey Tree Sugar Free Imitation Honey.)

Orange spice protein shake tastes like the holidays in a mug. Hot, sweet, and packed with cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
Stir before each sip. The spices settle fast, and you want the full flavor every time.
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together (monk fruit or Splenda sweetener through protein powder) EXCEPT the sugar free honey. Store it in an airtight container and you've got a spice protein mix ready to go.


2. When you're ready for a drink, put 3 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon of the powdered drink mix into a glass. Mix it in with 2 cups of boiling water. Stir together and mix in 2 teaspoons of sugar free honey. Relax and enjoy the hot spice protein.
