Ingredients


2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

2/3 cup fat free ricotta cheese

1 cup of chopped strawberries

2 Tbsp. smooth almond butter

1 scoop (1/3 cup) protein powder
(We used GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor.)

1-2 Tbsp. Splenda or Stevia (Sweeten as desired.)


Creamy almond butter and strawberries combine for a sweet and nutty flavor. A single serving packs 22 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber. Great for an afternoon snack and pick-me-up.

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix about 1 minute, until thoroughly combined.

2. Divide the mixture into two servings.
