Trigger Warning for people who don't like artificial sweeteners!

We wanted to simulate the taste of a drink sold at Universal Studios called Harry Potter Frozen Butterbeer. The original is packed with 29 grams of sugar and no protein. After extensive trials, our version has only 8 grams of sugar and 14 grams of protein.

You're going to need quite a few things you might not have on hand, so check the ingredient list carefully.

1. Put all the ingredients together in a blender and mix until thoroughly combined.

2. This is going to foam up quite a bit as you mix it. It fills two glasses, about 3 1/4 cups per serving, right after blending.

3. Split the mixture between two glasses and enjoy. You can also cover and store them in the refrigerator overnight to enjoy the next day. The drink will decrease in size over time because the bubbles pop. Be sure to stir it up before you drink.

Yield: 2 Servings
