Ingredients
1 cup fat free milk
1 cup ice
2 Tbsp. sugar free salted caramel syrup
(We used Torani Sugar Free Salted Caramel.)

1 Tbsp. sugar free caramel
(We used Smucker's Sundae Syrup Drizzle Caramel Flavored Syrup.)

2 Tbsp. protein powder
(We used RYSE Jet-Puffed Loaded Protein Marshmallow Flavor.)

This Salted Caramel Protein Shake is what happens when dessert meets discipline. Fat-free milk, sugar-free salted caramel syrup, a drizzle of caramel, and a scoop of protein powder. It's all blended smooth over ice. All the flavor, none of the guilt.
Salted Caramel and Coffee Protein Shake
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.


2. Blend on high for 1 minute, until smooth and extra fluffy.

3. Serve immediately for a super airy, frothy shake (yields about 3 1/2 cups per serving).

4. For a denser shake, refrigerate and let the bubbles settle before drinking (yields about 1 1/2 cups per serving).
Yield: 1 Serving of 3 1/2 cups each when FLUFFY
