Ingredients


1 whole wheat english muffin OR
1 whole wheat sandwich thin

1 Tbsp. fat free cream cheese

1 Tbsp. sugar free jam
(We used Polaner Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves.)


1. Toast the english muffin or sandwich thin. Then spread the jam on one slice and the cream cheese on the other. Eat and enjoy.
