Ingredients

1 plain rice cake
OR
2 corn thins

1 Tbsp. peanut butter

2 Tbsp. sugar free honey
(We used Honey Tree's Sugar Free Imitation Honey.)

Sweet, salty and crunchy all together. This easy snack is a little higher in fat and that helps reduce hunger.

1. Spread the peanut butter over top the rice cake or one of the corn thins. Drizzle the honey on top of that. The rice cake is ready to eat.

2. If you're using corn thins, put one on top of the peanut butter and enjoy like a sandwich.
