Ingredients
2 slices of reduced calorie whole wheat bread
(We used Dave's Killer Bread 70 Calories Per Slice Good Seed.)
1/3 cup fat free ricotta cheese
2 tsp. sugar free honey
(We used Honey Tree's Sugar Free Imitation Honey.)
1/2 cup raspberries
1 pinch flakey sea salt
An open face sweet and salty sandwich.
1. Toast the bread. While it’s toasting, mix together the ricotta cheese and honey.
2. Split the ricotta-honey mixture between the two slices of bread and spread it. Then divide raspberries between the two slices of toast.
3. Lightly sprinkle sea salt over the top of each slice and eat up.
Yield: 2 Servings; 1 Slice of Bread Per Serving
