1 Tbsp. pomegranate seeds (arils)
Swap out your peanut butter and jelly sandwich for this almond butter and pomegranate seed slice of goodness. You can keep the calorie count the same and make it a regular sandwich. Just replace the single 140 calorie slice of whole wheat bread for two slices that are 70 calories each.
1. Toast a piece of whole wheat bread.
2. Lightly coat the bread with a tablespoon of almond butter.
