Ingredients


1 bag (14 tortillas) of 6-inch tortillas
(We used a bag of Mission Zero Net Carbs Original Tortillas.)

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. garlic powder

2 tsp. paprika

4 tsp. ranch powder
(We used Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Dressing and Dip Mix.)

(We put olive oil into an olive oil sprayer.)


If you can't find ranch powder, you can make it yourself. Here's how.

2 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 Tbsp. dried dill
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper

In a bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.


These homemade chips have about 1/3 the calories (58 compared to 150), twice the protein and an amazing 14 grams of fiber per serving compared to actual Cool Ranch Doritos.
