Ingredients
3/4 cup 2% lowfat cottage cheese
(Do NOT use fat free cottage cheese. They will not firm up.)
3 tsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning
With just 2 simple ingredients—cottage cheese and Everything Bagel seasoning—you can whip up a delicious, guilt-free snack that's perfect for munching.
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
3. Place 12 scoops of cottage cheese onto the tray, forming individual mounds, and flatten them.
4. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of everything bagel seasoning over each chip.
5. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the edges are browned. For extra crispiness, bake until the edges are dark brown, but watch closely to avoid burning.
6. Remove from the oven and let the chips cool. Use a spatula to transfer them from the parchment paper to a plate. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
