(All trainers have keys and 24 hour gym access. If you want to workout at other times, our trainers can make arrangements.)

Since the pandemic, we have changed the gym layout. If requested, clients can work out in a private pod with floor-to-ceiling room dividing curtains for privacy and protection. Each pod has its own air purifier, and the space is disinfected with sterilizing cleaners and UV-C lights after the session.
