Stand touching a wall or chair for support. Bend your left knee and grasp your left foot with your left hand. Keeping your knees adjacent to each other, push your hips forward and pull your heel against your butt.

Hold the stretch until the tension in the muscle group is relaxed, this may take approximately 20 to 45 seconds.

Relax and repeat one to two times. Switch legs.
