Fixing Fat Tip #17 - Do not drink soda for a month.

ACTION: Make a pledge to drink water and learn to enjoy the flavors of food, without a highly sweetened beverage at your side. At the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), they found you don’t even have to drink soda every day, just have one “occasionally” and you’re 15% more likely to be overweight or obese. Drink at least one or more a day and you’re 27% more likely to be overweight or obese, than people who don’t drink soda.
